Wild Mushroom Clafoutis

Mushroom mix: Chanterelles, boletes, black trumpet, headgehos, maitake, oyster, and shiitake.


Indulge in savory delight with our Mushroom Clafoutis! Clafoutis is a delicious cheesy custard with a crackled top and luscious, mushroom studded interior. Our version is a savory twist on this classic, made with sautéed wild mushrooms, leeks, Gruyere and Edam cheeses and fresh herbs.


Wild Mushroom Pate with Bolete Butter

Mushroom mix: Chanterelles, boletes, black trumpet, hedgehogs, maitake, oyster, shiitake and cremini. 


This simple chunky wild mushroom paté is filled with umami-richness enhanced with garlic, fresh herbs, brandy, and lemon zest and finished with a rich cap of Bolette butter. Served with warm baguette and accompaniments.

Porcini Brown Butter Shortbread Cookies
