Oregon, Willamette Valley, Chehalem Mt. AVA|Sauvignon Blanc & Sémillon | White
This wine blends aromatic and floral Sauvignon Blanc with a Semillon more known for its body and unique lanolin/waxy texture.
Oregon, Willamette Valley AVA|
100% Pinot Gris | Orange
Beach Daisy notes: Beautiful deep copper color in the glass. Very dry and crisp with a savory, almost herbal character. A truly unique wine.
Oregon, Willamette Valley AVA|
100% Pinot Noir| Red |92 pts. JS
A blend using fruit from every vineyard Silas sources from, giving a snapshot of that vintage in the Willamette Valley. The 2017 shows a balance of juicy red fruit and darker, brooding black fruit. 19 months in barrel (in 25% new French oak) lends a roundness and depth, as well as light toasted caramel note to the fruit.
Oregon, Willamette Valley AVA|
100% Gamay Noir| Red
This vintage was intentionally reductive going into barrel after fermentation, giving the final wine a darker, brooding characteristic to balance out the acidity and black currant notes. Violet flower and wet slate minerality on the nose, 2 years of bottle age adds complexity and integration to the intensity of Gamay Noir
2017 Pinot Noir ‘The Pearl’
Oregon, Willamette Valley AVA|
100% Pinot Noir| Red |92 pt. JS
The Pearl pulled barrels of mostly Pommard & Wadenswil clones that were showing beautiful dusty cherry notes. Vanilla and delicate dark char round out the fruit. Very pretty, full mouthfeel. Unfined and lightly filtered to preserve the wonderful texture..
