We offer a rotating selection of wine by the glass Wednesday through Sunday.
Wines in this category are typically preserved with argon gas to ensure they remain at peak flavor and aroma for by-the-glass pours. They are premium wines priced well below what you’d pay at a restaurant. ~ Prices are listed Glass/Bottle
Willamete Valley AVA, OR
100% Pinot Noir. From the best 20 barrels of the vintage, a blend of vineyards from 3 AVAs. Richness, spiciness, earthiness in harmony. 16 months in barrel. D94, JS94
Columba Valley AVA, Walla Walla, WA
Four vintages in and still one of the favorite Cabernet Sauvignons, staff and customers alike. Silky smooth and graceful, it exhibits violet, dark fruit, and cherry, with notes of cocoa. WE92/JS94/V94
These are wines we have discovered over time as strong “QPR” (quality/price ratio) performers. They are interesting, often hard to find in the USA, and give our customers the opportunity to enjoy well-priced quality wines without committing to a whole bottle. Of course, whole bottles are available if you prefer, and offer a better value
