Briny, salty and lightly spritzy on the palate. It's dry & refreshing, with oyster shell minerality and subtle lemon and lime fruit. A perfect aperitif or paired with appetizers.

France | Provence| 40% grenache/30% cinsault/15% syrah 5% mourvèdre/10% vermentino. |Rosé

Pale delicate amber pink. Dry, crisp with typical Provence salinity. Lovely strawberry nose with notes wild berries, honeysuckle, baked apple and a hint of juniper. A touch of vanilla on the finish makes it creamier than expected.

Flavors of tart cherry, pomegranate, white pepper, rosemary and a touch of forest floor. Finely textured with delicate tannins & refreshing acidity. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.

Dense spice and broad dark fruit aromas. On the palate there are dark red fruits balanced by ripe tannins. These flavors slowly meld into exotic sweet earthy notes. Built for richly flavored dishes and always my pick for grilled or roasted red meats, it is also lovely with chocolate desserts.
